TIME FOR SHOW AND TELL MONDAY!

Welcome to my blog! Another week has gone by and here I am ready to Show and Tell. In case you haven't already heard. Make Mine Pink boutiques have a Show and Tell every Monday on their blogs. I am happy to be apart of it.

For todays Show and Tell I only have two things to share. I have been working hard on organizing my fabrics and bedroom all week. I am painting furniture and just giving my bedroom a new look. So take a look at the two pictures of my fabrics. I can't believe how much I have! lol I get a little fabric crazy and purchase them all the time. My dream is to have a sewing room someday. I don't have one yet,but it's on my vision board!

And next I want to share a beautiful card I received from a customer the other day. She bought a pillow that I call "It's a Jungle out there" and was so pleased with it that she sent me a sweet card with nice comments and explaining how she loves animals. I am an animal lover too so I understand her well.

Here is the card ...

Thanks for stopping by! See you next week!~

Hi Janet,
That is some collection of fabric. I love fabric; it can really make a huge difference in a room. What a nice card, too. But it's no surprise. You deserve it. Your work is wonderful.

Janet,

Wow, I love looking at your fabric stash pictures. Reminds me of my stash at home. I go to the point of ironing, folding, sorting and put them back in the container! Someday I will show them.
And it's so nice to get a thankyou card from your customer. I'm sure she's so pleased with your pillow!

Hi Janet,
I surely understand about fabric stashes....I think we, probably, all have one of those....but isn't fun! I think it is our secret passion. I pray, someday, you will have your sewing room. You will have it...you will have it...you will have it!!

Now here is blog straight from my own heart. Oh Janet, I so love fabric too, but I have been pretty good lately about not buying more.

It's hard, isn't it????

Janet,
Everytime I think of you, I think of how you won't know until you get to heaven how many lives you have touched along the way. I know, because you have touched mine.
Thank you,

You have your fabric organized so well! That was a great card your customer sent. Things like that make the few bad things we have to put up in our businesses worth while.

Janet, That letter was so sweet. Doesn't it make it all so worth it?

Oh Janet...we are kindred spirits. Karen and I have stacks and stacks of fabric too. A fabric store is a very dangerous place for us too!
